We match the scope: usable capacity, throughput requirements, data services, and support/SaaS terms. We document the spec alignment clearly before providing the configuration.
Taxes, shipping, site readiness, and third-party services are excluded unless they are bundled in the competitor configuration AND requested in VDURA's offer.
Most configuration reviews and counter proposals are turned in hours. Complex multi-site configurations may require one business day.
Yes. Guided POCs are available; scope and timing will be aligned with your project stage and may be required for final validation.
The offer is available in regions where VDURA is authorized to transact. We will confirm regional eligibility upon submission.

Terms & Conditions

  • This Flash Supply Crisis Relief Program ("Program") is a limited-time promotional program available through Q2 2026 (or earlier if terminated at VDURA's sole discretion). VDURA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time without notice.
  • To participate, prospective customers must submit a valid, current competitor configuration or pricing summary (dated within the last [e.g., 90] days) for a substantially comparable storage system configuration (e.g., equivalent or similar capacity, performance specs, workload suitability for AI/HPC). VDURA will evaluate comparability in its sole discretion. VDURA does not require submission of any information that a customer is not authorized to disclose.
  • Customer Acknowledgment. In submitting any competitor configuration, pricing summary, or related information, the customer acknowledges that such information is being provided at the customer’s discretion and that VDURA expects customers to submit only information they are authorized to disclose.
  • Non-Inducement. Nothing in this Program is intended to induce, encourage, or require any customer or third party to breach any confidentiality, nondisclosure, or other contractual obligations. VDURA reserves the right to reject any submission that, in its reasonable judgment, appears to contain improperly disclosed confidential or proprietary third-party information.
  • VDURA will beat the submitted configuration price by 50% on the total system/SaaS price (excluding taxes, shipping, installation, or other add-ons unless explicitly included in the submitted competitor configuration information). The final VDURA price is subject to standard terms, credit approval, and availability.
  • Performance, raw/usable/effective capacity, throughput, and other superiority claims are based on VDURA's internal testing, benchmarks, and configurations (e.g., intelligent hybrid tiering with 80/20 HDD/flash mix). Results may vary depending on specific workload, environment, and configuration. Independent verification or customer POCs may be required. No guarantee of identical results is made.
  • This Program is for new opportunities only and may not apply to existing contracts, renewals, or prior quotes. Not valid in combination with other discounts, promotions, or programs unless specified. Void where prohibited.
  • All claims in this promotion are truthful and substantiated to the best of VDURA's knowledge based on available market data and internal evidence as of January 2026. Comparative statements refer to publicly available or customer-submitted competitor information and are not intended to imply any endorsement or affiliation.
