Within VDURA, our regular Women in HPC meetings offer mentorship and problem-solving techniques. We believe no barrier should be faced alone. Beyond our walls, we engage with the global Women in HPC community, collaborating at conferences like SC to build an inclusive industry.
Allyship is central to our culture. Our male colleagues champion women advocating for speaking opportunities, sponsoring conference participation, and ensuring women are represented on panels. Together, we create an ecosystem where everyone thrives.
