16. Remote Support

VDURA Technical Support Engineers may remotely and securely connect to your VDURA storage cluster and/or clients, if permitted. Typically, VDURA will use SSH access, WebEx remote support (via HTTPS session), Microsoft Teams, or any other form of remote login capability provided.
